My approach

I work as an integrative Therapist

This means that I am trained in the core modality of person-centred practice and include my training in Psychology and other psychologicaltherapies. This approach can be particularly helpful when working with people who have a neuro diversity diagnosis or require different approaches to support their needs.

I am trained in Compassion Focused Therapy, Dialectic Therapy, EMDR as well as existential approaches. These different modalities allow me to offer a diverse range of support to help me gain an understanding of people’s experiences and help them improve their mental and emotional wellbeing.

I undertake appropriate clinical supervision for all my Therapy in accordance with British associated for counselling and psychotherapy recommendations.

I abide by the BACP ethical code of conduct; I am also DBS cleared.
